Stage 3 is at Practical Completion. It is now in compliance phase with Statutory Authorities. Title release is proceeding with date unknown but expected to be within less than 4 weeks.

The exciting news is that our next 2 stages have commenced civil development. At this time earthworks are also being completed to Stages 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. These earthworks will improve the Estate’s surrounding land, appeal and prepare for its future development.

The retention basin has been excavated. The landscaping of the parkland will commence during the last quarter of 2023 to provide the future green open space for the Estate.

Our future release of lots within the next 2 stages will occur in the next few months as civil works progress. These stages will offer a total of 36 lots with a number of these lots to enjoy an attractive park aspect.
