There are only a few lots in Stage 1 and 2 where Titles are available for sale (settlement). If you wish to build now then these stages are for you.

Stage 3 Titles remain still outstanding. Sadly, ongoing delay with GV Water and Campaspe Shire approvals has again left these Certificates of Title in limbo. Title release is date unknown but expected to be within 4 weeks.

Stage 4 and 5 have commenced construction. At this time earthworks are also being completed to the remainder of the Edge to improve the Estate’s surrounding land for its future development.



The release of lots within these next 2 stages (4 & 5) will occur in the coming months as civil works further progress. These 2 stages offer a total of 34 lots with a number of these lots enjoying an attractive park aspect and/or private setting of their own.
